1. Announcements:



A. Thank You – Special thank you to Brandi and Butch Gallant for the excellent service and use of the mess. Also a special thanks to the CFS Leitrim Cabot Trail Relay Team who prepared this luncheon. Their efforts today raised $300.00 toward their 24 hour relay race.



B. Medical – Tom Montgomery remains under observation in the Civic Heart Institute. He showed signs of improvement but has suffered a relapse and at present is under an induced coma while recovering. More information will be passed along as I get it. Anyone wishing to send a card can reach Tom & Georgina c/o Gord Estey, 3351 Hogarth ave. Ottawa, ON K1T 1S8.



C. May Graduation Parade – Bob Todd and Tom Tischart will represent the Oldtimers Association at the May Graduation Parade and present our plaque to the top student.



2. Lifetime Memberships - New member – Paul Bernard



3. Finances - We have approximately $700.00 in the bank.



4. Raffles – This year at the reunion we are raffling a quilt and an afghan to raise money for charity. Tickets are on sale at 1 ticket for $2.00 or 3 tickets for $5.00. Anyone interested in purchasing tickets can forward their cheque payable to SUPRAD Oldtimers Association. Last year the raffles enabled our organization to donate $1500.00 to the CDS Fund for Families of Deployed Military Personnel. (Pictures attached)



5. 2009 Reunion – Just a reminder. The reunion will be held June 26 - 28 in the CFS Leitrim ARM. Please include yes/no for golf when replying. Note the Sunday morning brunch will be held at the Manotick Legion this year vice the Greeley Legion.



6. Chronicle – Lynn Wortman continues his work at compiling the history of our association. Anyone with documentation deemed pertinent can contact Lynn at lynn.wortman@rogers.com



7. Next Gaggle – The next gaggle will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2009
