Suddenly in hospital on Thursday, November 22, 2012 at the age of 62.
Beloved husband of Debbie. Loving brother of Barbara Williams, and Kathy
Ryer (Mike). Dear uncle of Tyler, Luke, Vicky, and Adam, and great uncle
of Hayden, and Tiberius. He will be missed by his brother- in- law Gerry
Rogers (Mireille). Predeceased by his parents Helen and Bill Guigues.
Friends are welcome to join the family at a reception honouring Dave in
the Maple Terrace Room of the Garden Chapel of the Tubman Funeral Homes,
3440 Richmond Rd (between Bayshore & Baseline) on Tuesday, November 27,
2012 from 1-3:30 pm. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to
the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus ICU or to a charity of your choice.

As I understand it, this will be a friends and family affair. No
official (church) service/participation.
At the gathering I will MC(?) and read any msgs etc that come in
We'll toast Dave and then mix/mingle along with some wine and cheese.
Deb wants to keep it simple as Dave would want it.
